System Information The keypad includes a timer to set the unlock time of the door. Power Supply - Includes a fire alarm interface circuit to unlock the door in case the fire alarm sounds. Also includes an AUX output to constantly power an auxilliary device. Keypad - packed full of features, this keypad includes an alarm interface and anti-tamper circuit. Electric Strike - 12 or 24 VDC operation. Includes 3 faceplates to fit most any frame style. NOTES: This system is very versatile as it can stand alone or wire into your existing security system. The power supply can be set to operate in 12 or 24 volt DC as can all the other components. We selected the best components from 3 different manufacturers to offer you the most bang for the buck. No other system offers so many features or is so easy to install at this price. |
Installation is easy, all you need to supply is your own wiring. Decide your operating voltage before installation. Most people select 24 volt DC, unless they must tie into another 12 volt system.
The door frame will need to be "notched" to accept the electric strike. This requires cutting out a small section of the frame.
