Product Returns

A Simple 3-Step Process

1. Contact us with a request for a return
2. We'll fax you a return form with return label included
3. Place label on box and ship


Return Locations

We ship products from various warehouses.

The product will be returned to the original warehouse.

The return label we fax to you will contain both the warehouse's location and the RGA number issued by that warehouse.


Restocking Fee

If we make an error processing your order we pay for the return shipping of the product. If you make an ordering error you will pay a 25% restocking fee plus the shipping expense to return the product.


Time Frame

You may return a product up to 30 days after receiving the order.

You have 15 calendar days to return a product using the issued RGA#. After that period the RGA# becomes void.


Factory Orders

Factory ordered items cannot be returned, unless the factory makes an error on the shipment.

The reason is factory ordered items are non-stock for us and we cannot receive a return and put it on the shelf.


Return Condition

Returned items must be in the original packaging and in good condition.

We inspect all returns to ensure they can be resold. Scratched or damaged items cannot be resold and will not be given credit.
